Contact and inquiry data: name, email, phone if provided, facility location, hash-rate tier, message content, and selected assessment type when you submit our contact form or email us.
Engagement data: billing details for business clients, visit schedules, site access contacts, and technical notes required to perform assessments.
Website data: essential cookies for site operation; optional analytics cookies if you accept them (see Cookie Policy). Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
Report imagery: photographs of your facility and equipment taken during assessments, used only as described in your engagement letter and Terms.
How we use data

- Issue invoices and maintain business records
- Improve website content based on aggregated analytics (if accepted)
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal data. We do not use inquiry data for mining pool marketing or hardware resale.
