Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 January 2025

This policy applies to cooling-path assessments, thermal imaging surveys, airflow redesign consultations, and related on-site services booked through Page Sequoiacore Mining Review Co.

Cancellation by client

More than seven business days before scheduled on-site date: Full refund of any deposit, or transfer to a new date within ninety days at no fee.

Three to seven business days before: Deposit retained; remaining prepaid balance refunded.

Less than three business days before: Deposit retained. If on-site staff have already traveled outside Greater Seoul, travel fees are non-refundable.

Same-day cancellation or no-access on arrival: Treated as no-show. Deposit and travel fees forfeited. Remaining balance may be refunded only for portions of work not performed.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule per engagement if requested at least seven business days ahead. Additional reschedules incur ₩80,000 administrative fee. Rescheduled visits must occur within ninety days.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel due to staff illness, weather preventing safe travel, or force majeure, you receive full refund or priority rebooking. If we cancel because you fail to disclose unsafe access conditions discovered on arrival, deposit may be retained to cover travel costs.

Refund eligibility after work starts

Cooling-path assessment and thermal survey: If you cancel after on-site work begins, fees for completed inspection hours and processing are non-refundable. Partial report delivery does not entitle full refund.

Airflow consultation: Half-day sessions refunded at 50% if cancelled after consultant arrival but before marked diagram delivery. After delivery, no refund.

Non-refundable items

Travel batches mobilized for sites outside Greater Seoul once tickets or lodging are booked
Rush report delivery surcharges after report production begins
Third-party permit or roof-access fees paid on your behalf
Deposits applied to no-show appointments

Partial refunds

If we deliver a report below agreed scope because you denied access to scoped areas, we refund the portion tied to inaccessible paths and document exclusions in the report. This is not a quality refund — it reflects reduced scope.

Quality concerns

If you believe measurements are materially wrong, email info@page-sequoiacore.click within fourteen days of report delivery with specific rack references. We will review logs and offer a correction visit or supplemental memo. Monetary refunds apply only if we confirm a significant methodology error on our side.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank transfers may take additional clearing time.

Deposits

Quotes over ₩1,000,000 requiring a 30% deposit: deposit terms appear on the quote PDF. Deposits are applied to final invoices unless forfeited under cancellation rules above.

Work already started and materials

We do not sell hardware. If you requested printed report copies, printing costs incurred before cancellation are non-refundable.
