When operators book this
Facilities approaching capacity limits where adding racks without redesigning airflow will raise inlet temperatures across the entire hall. Also booked before major duct contractor engagements so scope is defined before quotes arrive.
Session flow
We walk the hall with your facilities lead, mark intended rack positions, and model cold and hot aisle behavior at your target hash-rate tier. The session ends with a marked diagram showing baffle locations, recommended duct diameters, and fan count changes.
Deliverables
- Annotated hall floor plan
- Implementation checklist ordered by dependency (structural baffles before rack moves, etc.)
- Estimated static pressure impact notes for your fan inventory
Exclusions
We do not fabricate ductwork or supervise contractor installation. A follow-on cooling-path assessment can verify results after work completes.
