Thermal Imaging Survey
Infrared survey of mining racks at 0.05 PH/s and above to locate hot spots, shroud leaks, and uneven board loading.
Purpose
Thermal imaging reveals surface temperatures operators cannot feel at rack depth. We use calibrated IR cameras to scan hash boards, power supplies, duct joints, and coolant manifolds while rigs run at declared load.
Included
- Full-rack IR panoramas at steady-state operation
- Comparison against adjacent racks at the same hash-rate tier
- Hot-spot index with board position references
- Summary memo linking images to cooling-path hypotheses
Not included
Continuous monitoring installation, firmware tuning, or fan replacement labor. We deliver evidence; your ops team or contractor executes fixes.
Ideal timing
Best results when ambient intake is stable for thirty minutes before scanning. We coordinate with your shift lead to avoid maintenance-induced airflow changes mid-survey.
