1. Acceptance

By accessing page-sequoiacore.click or engaging Page Sequoiacore Mining Review Co. (“we”, “us”) for cooling-path assessments, thermal surveys, or related consultations, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.

2. Services described

We provide independent review and assessment of mining equipment cooling paths for facilities at 0.05 PH/s and above. Deliverables include on-site inspection, written reports, thermal imagery, and consultation sessions as described in individual quotes. We do not sell mining hardware, operate mining pools, or perform electrical or refrigerant contractor work unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Quotes and engagement

Service scope, fees, travel, and delivery timelines are confirmed in writing before on-site work. Quotes expire thirty days after issue unless otherwise stated. Deposits for travel outside Greater Seoul are non-transferable to unrelated services but may be applied to rescheduled visits per our Refund Policy.

4. Client responsibilities

You must provide safe access to racks, plenums, coolant loops, and roof yards as scoped. You must disclose known hazards, live electrical conditions, and access restrictions. You are responsible for production decisions during our visit, including whether racks remain online. We may pause work if conditions are unsafe.

5. Reports and intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use delivered reports for internal operations, insurer submissions, tenant onboarding, and contractor briefing. We retain copyright in report structure, methodology descriptions, and original photography. You may not resell our reports, remove attribution, or represent our findings as your own authored work. We may publish anonymized case statistics without identifying your facility.

6. Accuracy and limitations

Reports reflect conditions observed on the visit date and declared operating load. We do not guarantee future hash-rate performance, hardware lifespan, or contractor workmanship. Measurements are subject to instrument tolerance and access limits. Where we cannot trace a path physically, we state the gap explicitly.

7. Website use

Website content is informational about our assessment services. You may not scrape, mirror, or automate bulk downloads. You may not use the site to transmit malware or attempt unauthorized access.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of South Korea, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from services or website use is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses including lost hash revenue, downtime, or data loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Indemnity

You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your violation of these Terms, unsafe facility conditions you failed to disclose, or misuse of our reports.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Seoul, South Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections assign jurisdiction elsewhere.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes apply to new engagements after the posted effective date.
